Fere David: Juliet Pulu Foundation, NMA Commends Gov Douye Diri Over N10m Donation

Governor Douye Diri, governor of Bayelsa State has received several commendations for the speedy approval of N10 million donation for Dr. Fere David, a young medical practitioner diagnosed with kidney complications.

In statement released by Mrs. Juliet Pulu-Zifawei, President and Founder of Juliet Pulu Foundation thanked the governor for listening to call of the people.

She said, ‘Thank You His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Douye Diri, you are indeed a product of Miracles’.

Adding that the donation of N10m was needed to aid the treatment of Dr. Fere David abroad, Mrs. Pulu-Zifawei expressed joy that the governor made the funds available upon hearing the news of the ailing young medical practitioner.

The foundation also thanked the governor on behalf of the Fere family, well-wishers and Supporters of Dr Fere David describing the love demonstrated by the Miracle Governor as that of a father, teacher, brother and friend.

The president said the foundation is truly grateful and promised to visit Dr. Fere David again in good health and prayed that he would be back to the field to save lives soonest.

In another vein, the Chairman of NMA Bayelsa State, Dr Ngowari Torunana and the entire SOC has appreciated the miracle Governor, Senator Douye Diri, for approving the sum of ten million naira only to support Dr Fere Ebisindei on his treatment.

A statement signed by its secretary, Dr E. N. Onini, also appreciated the Honorable Commissioner for Health, Dr. Pabara Newton Igwele for his active efforts in ensuring that this approval is made.

It will be recall that for over some weeks now JPF had sent out an SOS alongside other compassionate persons about the health condition of A Servant Doctor, Master Fere David.
