Memories
They replay the stories,
Unknown stories, untold stories
Behind close doors cum closet
Some makes us
Smile or sorrow,
Depressed or elevated
Confused or celebrate
Either ways,
We uncover our true selves.
Eugene makes me laugh
Chidi propels me to act
Two unique personalities
With two unique characters
Sometimes we shout at each other
Than comes an usual silence
We pretend to walk away
But
Because we are bonded
By a common goal that drives us
We mend fence with a smile
After the shouting bout!
May our path cross again
This time
To smile at our achievement
In pounds, euros and dollars
Converted in trillion of naira.
I celebrate you,
