
Contestants Go Duet as Bayelsa Karaoke Singing Competition Season 5 Enters Quarter Finals
As Season 5 of the Bayelsa Karaoke Singing Competition enters its quarter-final stage, organisers have announced an exciting twist — contestants will be performing in pairs for a special duet edition.
In a WhatsApp post, the organisers teased the evening’s performance lineup:
“Tonight, we go duetting. The pairing is awesome. Come and feel the harmony that brings the goosebumps. It’s going to be an unforgettable night you can’t afford to miss.”
The quarter-finals will take place at the popular Club Bara, located along the Expressway in Yenagoa. Gates open at 5:00 PM, and entry is FREE.
Also known as the Challenge for Assured Prosperity, the competition features grand prizes including ₦1.5 million and a one-year recording deal for the winner. The second-place winner will receive ₦1 million, while the third-place winner will take home ₦500,000.
