MOSIEND Hails Dr. Obinna Ezeobi on His Doctorate Achievement, Launch of Groundbreaking Book
The Movement for the Survival of the Ijaw Ethnic Nationality in the Niger Delta (MOSIEND) heartily congratulates Dr. Obinna Ezeobi, General Manager, Corporate Communications at the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), on the successful attainment of his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) and the celebration of his doctoral convocation.
