MESSAGE TOPIC: PRESERVATION THROUGH PRAYER By: Dr Paul Enenche

SERVICE OBJECTIVE(S): Understanding the preservation power of prayer from Scripture

The force of prayer is one of the most potent forces in the life of the child of God

Like faith, prayer is a lifewire for the child of God

SCRIPTURAL EXAMPLES OF PRESERVATION THROUGH PRAYER:

1. Prayer preserved the life of King David despite the hazards, dangers and battles that he faced (1 Sam. 17:34-37; Ps. 55:17-19; 1 Chron. 29:26-28).

2. Prayer preserved the children of Israel in the days of King Jehoshaphat when they were to be destroyed by the armies of three nations (2 Chron. 20:1-3, 12-17, 22-23)

3. Prayer preserved the life of the Jews in Persia when Haman had determined their complete annihilation (Esth. 3:6-11, 13-15; 4:1-16; 9:1-)

4. Prayer preserved the lives of Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego from perishing with the rest of the magicians of Babylon (Dan. 2:14-19; 46-49) The secret was revealed and the sentence was averted/repealed. It was from elimination to elevation, from destruction to distinction by the power of supplication.

5. Prayer preserved the life of Daniel in Babylon when his prayer life was the target of an evil decree (Dan. 6:10; 20-24)

The worst thing the enemy can try to do is to cause you to avoid doing what will preserve your life. Any job that will not let you practice your faith, or let you be who you are meant to be for God, or speak for God, resign from that job!

6. Prayer preserved the life of Peter when the enemy determined that it was his turn to die (Acts 12:1-10)

7. Prayer was the major factor that kept Paul the apostle alive despite hazards, dangers and confrontations (2 Cor. 11:22-28; Phile. 1:9; 1 Thess. 5:17; Eph. 6:18; 1 Cor. 14:18; 2 Tim. 4:6)

1. By securing the release of Divine judgment on the adversary (Ps. 55:17-19)

4. By the Divine reversals of enemy decrees and verdicts (Esth. 9:1)

6. By the release of revelation unto preservation – the unveiling of mysteries (Dan. 2:18-19)

1. Father, thank You for Your Word to us today. To You be all the glory Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

2. Father, we ask that You will arise in Nigeria and let Your enemies be scattered. Let the enemies of my life, family, destiny, church, Dunamis, and Nation, Nigeria be scattered in this season, Lord in Jesus Name – Psalm 68:1, 30.

4. Father, we ask that the swords and weapons of the enemy of our land, lives and the church, be turned against each other in this season, Lord in Jesus Name – 2 Chron. 20:22-23.

5. Father, we ask for the reversal of every verdict and decree of destruction against my life, family, destiny, church, Dunamis, and our Nation, Nigeria in this season, Lord in Jesus Name – Lam. 3:37; Job 5:12.

6. Father, we ask that the plans, plots, devices and agenda of the enemy will backfire on themselves in this season, Lord in Jesus Name. Let them fall into the pit they have dug, Lord in Jesus Name – Prov. 26:27.

7. Father, I ask for the deployment of the Ministry of angels of Preservation and deliverance in this season around my life, family, destiny, church, Dunamis and Nation, Nigeria, Lord in Jesus Name – Psalm 34:7.

8. Father, we ask that the earth of this Nation, Nigeria will be the burial ground of every terrorist, bandit, kidnapper, killer, the sponsors, informants and facilitators in Nigeria, Lord in the Name of Jesus Christ – Ezek. 32:24.

9. Father, we ask for access to every mystery or revelation that will facilitate deliverance and preservation for my life, family, destiny, church, Dunamis, and Nation, Nigeria in this season, Lord in Jesus Name – Dan. 2:17-19.

9. Father, I subscribe to Your mercy for my life, family, destiny, church, Dunamis, and Nation, Nigeria; mercy for preservation we receive it NOW Lord in Jesus Name – Ps. 136:1-End

10. Father, we ask today that whosever will not do Your purpose and Your will in our land, let Your judgment answer speedily; those that need to die let them die, those that need to go on exile let them go on exile, those whose properties need to be collected, let them be collected and those who need to go to prison, let them go to prison Lord, in Jesus’ Name. (Ezra 7:26)

11. Father, we agree together that the sentence and judgment of evil workers in Nigeria, agents of evil, sponsors and facilitators of evil, will answer speedily, in Jesus’ Name. (Eccl. 8:11)

12 Father, thank You for answered prayers. Be glorified Lord in Jesus Name – 1 John 5:14.

– Whatever the devil and his agents are planning for this nation, it shall be turned to the contrary!

– Those who want you dead shall perish in your place!
