TITLED: GOD IN SEARCH OF PEOPLE OF EXCELLENCE
The Almighty God is the God of excellence, and He created us (His children) in His Image of excellence.
SCRIPTURE: Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm. Daniel 6:3.

The Scripture makes it clear that the will of God for His children is existence in excellence and distinction (Matthew 5:14-16).
The Almighty God is the God of excellence (Psalms 8:1, 9), and He created us (His children) in His Image of excellence (Genesis 1:26). Therefore, His purpose for His children is living in distinction.
Beloved, God designed and desires that His children be lights of the world and shining stars for His Kingdom (Matthew 5:14-16).
In our generation today, like in every other generation, God is looking for men and women of relevance and excellence; He is looking for people who would occupy palaces on earth on His behalf to display His character of excellence. God is looking for people who will take charge of territories in the earth for His Kingdom.

God found Daniel as a man of excellence. Daniel distinguished himself from other people. He purposed in his heart not to join others in defilement (Daniel 1:8). So, he was preferred above all others who lived in his time because an excellent spirit was in him. The king set him in authority because he was a man of excellence and relevance (Daniel 6:3).
Beloved, in this year, determine to make yourself the man or woman of excellence that God is looking for. Make up your mind to impact your generation positively by embracing the lifestyle of excellence this year. Be positively different from others in everything you do this year by living a life of excellence and distinction.
Remember this: The Almighty God is the God of excellence, and He created us (His children) in His Image of excellence
ASSIGNMENTS: SEEDS OF DESTINY DEVOTIONAL 2 JANUARY 2021
1. Make up your mind to live a lifestyle of excellence and distinction this year.
2. Resist mediocrity and average existence by all means.
PRAYER: O Lord, I ask that You help me to glorify You by a lifestyle of distinction and excellence. I reject average existence Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
