Topic: THE BENEFITS OF GOD’S GLORY
The glory cloud is a shield of the believer
SCRIPTURE: And the Lord will create upon every dwelling place of mount Zion, and upon her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night: for upon all the glory shall be a defence. Isaiah 4:5.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The glory cloud is a shield of the believer
It has been established that the Glory of God is a critical necessity for life and destiny. The Glory of God is the cure for shame and dishonour.
In our study today, we shall look at two benefits of God’s glory.
1. The glory cloud is a shield of the believer
Isaiah 4:5 says,
And the Lord will create upon every dwelling place of mount Zion, and upon her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night: for upon all the glory shall be a defence.
God is saying, “I am going to give you the cloud that will shield you from adverse weather, heat of life and calamities of ministry.”
Beloved, I don’t know what your life has been exposed to or what has been confronting your destiny and harassing your life; I don’t know what has been resisting your ministry, family or business; I want you to know that there is a cloud of God’s glory that is coming to cover and shield you, in the Name of Jesus Christ.
2. The glory is a secret of complete takeover of events and operations by God
Another benefit of the glory explosion is the complete takeover of events and operations by God. When there is a glory explosion, there would be a complete takeover of events and operations by God in your life to an extent that people will begin to ask, “What is your secret?”
Beloved, concerning that situation, I decree that God is about to take over, and it will be over, in Jesus’ Name.
Remember this: The glory cloud is a shield of the believer
ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Make demands on God for the explosion of His Glory in Your life.
2. Reject and resist every manifestation of shame in your life.
PRAYER:
Father, I thank You for showing me the benefits of Your Glory. I ask for the explosion of Your Glory in my life, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
