STREAMS OF JOY DAILY DEVOTIONAL 3 OCTOBER 2022 || Focal Scripture

“And two olive trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof.” (Zechariah 4:3)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

Zechariah saw a vision where two olive trees stood beside the golden candlestick. Those olive trees supplied olive oil into the candlestick that kept the light burning perpetually. It was not a case of one source; there were sources on both sides; there were multiple sources; the supplies that came to the candlestick came from different directions; the supplies of the candlestick came from different sources and different dimensions.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: in this season, your supplies will come from different directions. You may have been used to one source of help, but God says, more helpers are coming. You may have been used to one source of income, but in this season, your eyes are being opened to see the new sources of income that God Himself has positioned around you. You may have been used to one sided supplies, but it’s going to be multiplied.

Get set to receive resources from all sides; get set to be favoured from all sides; get set to be lifted from all sides; get set to be increased from all sides; get set to advance on all sides; get set to be elevated on all sides; get set for the favour that comes from places you know and places you don’t know; get set to be besieged by the blessings of God that make a man rich without adding sorrow; get set for all round productivity.

Zechariah did not make efforts to position the two olive trees. They were positioned in the vision that he was shown by the angel. It was a case of multiple supplies that he did not engineer by himself. Welcome to that season of multiple supplies that the Lord Himself put in place for you. Welcome to that season where the Lord will send you multiple favours, helpers, supporters, resources, opportunities, etc. you didn’t plan for.

Zechariah saw the two olive trees when his eyes were opened by the Lord. Ask the Lord to open your eyes to see your portion of multiple supplies.

Isaiah 54:3 says: “For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.”
