ALL THINGS ARE WORKING

Streams of Joy Devotional 9/4/2022 || Focal Scripture:
“And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes?” (Mark 5:30)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

The woman with the issue of blood did not necessarily succeed in touching Jesus. She did not succeed in getting Jesus to come to her house like Jairus did. She did not succeed in getting prayed for by Jesus. All she did was to touch His clothes, and she was healed and the issue of blood disappeared. Jesus did not lay hands on her; all she did was to touch His clothes, and an affliction that had lasted for twelve years ended immediately.

Friend, when Jesus is involved, even the touching of clothes can lead to your miracle. When Jesus is involved, even the insignificant things you do will lead to supernatural results. When Jesus is involved, even the thoughts of your heart become platforms for your next miracle. When Jesus is involved, the insignificant efforts in your career, business, ministry, etc. will work out mighty results. When Jesus is involved, everything works.

The same woman who had spent all her earnings on doctors, for twelve years, without results, suddenly touched the clothes of Jesus and she got instant results. The expectation she had nursed for several years became her reality just by touching mere clothes. Welcome to that season where your long awaited expectations will be activated by minor efforts that seem insignificant. Welcome to that season where little will bring much.

If you have embraced the Lordship of Jesus, then get set: everything will work in your favour. Your smiles will work in your favour; your tears will work in your favour; your little efforts will work in your favour; your disadvantages will work in your favour; your mistakes will work in your favour; your little ideas will work in your favour; your preparations will work for your good; all things will work in your favour.

Remember, touching the clothes of Jesus was enough to birth a miracle that ended twelve years of affliction. In this season, everything will work in your favour.

Romans 8:28 says: “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
