Topic: AT THE SAME TIME
“And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.” (Acts 3: 8)
That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.
The man who was healed in our Focal Scripture stood up, and walked, and entered into the temple, and was leaping and praising God. He received strength in his feet, and he could walk and jump and leap all at once. His recovery was not gradual. It was instant. Everything was fixed at the same time. Everything happened at the same time. Everything turned around in his life in one swoop. Everything happened at the same time.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: everything will happen at the same time. Your life is turning around for good at the same time. The matters of your life that caused you tears are receiving attention at the same time. The rough places of your life are getting smoothened at the same time. The prayers you have been making will be answered at the same time. The gates of your next level will be opened at the same time.
It would have been okay if that man took some time to adjust to walking before jumping and leaping, but it happened at the same time. What ought to have taken time did not take time but it took grace. Hear me as I hear the Lord: the events of your life will not take time, but they will take the grace of God. The doors and gates that need to open to you will
not take time, but they will be opened at the same time. Grace will speak loud.
God took away lameness, and also took away every trace that would make anyone guess that the man had been lame before. He received a massive turnaround that left no traces
of his negative past. Hear me as I hear the Lord: you are receiving that massive turnaround that will leave no traces of your negative past. You are receiving that turnaround that makes men wonder what suddenly happened. It shall be a complete turnaround.
Welcome to your new season. Everything will happen at the same time.
Amos 9: 13 MSG says: ““Yes indeed, it won’t be long now.” God’s decree! “Things are going to happen so fast your head will swim, one thing fast on the heels of the other. You won’t be able to keep up. Everything will be happening at once- and everywhere you look, blessings! Blessings like wine pouring off the mountains and hills”.”
