TOPIC: NO EVIL RISING

“And it came to pass after this, that Benhadad king of Syria gathered all his host, and went up, and besieged Samaria.” (2 Kings 6:24)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

Our Focal Scripture speaks of the season when Benhadad king of Syria gathered his soldiers and went up against Samaria. The enemies of God’s people went up, against the interest of God’s people. There was an advancement of negativity against the interest of God’s people. There was an elevation of those who were positioned against the interest of God’s people. It seemed that the enemies of Israel got elevated, in order to strike.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: in 2022, there will be no elevation of wickedness and negativity. Those that are poised to work against you will not get that elevation that they wish to use against you. Those that want you to go down will not gain an advantage that will help them to pull you down. Those that want to make a mess of your destiny will not get an upward movement. There will be no elevation of the wicked against you.

Whatever Benhadad had to do against Israel became a reality after he went up with his army. So what he got was an upward movement that enabled him to take down the people of God. What he got was that upward movement that enabled him to work against the people that were called by God’s name. Hear me as I hear the Lord: in 2022, those who want you down will not get an upward movement that will make it easier for them.

This year, instead of your haters, you will be the one to go up. You will rise higher, above those who want to pull you down. You will advance ahead of those who want to see your downfall. You will rise higher than the enemies of your destiny are willing to see. You will rise above the conspiracies of the wicked against you. You will rise and rise and rise and rise and rise. Those who hate to see you rise will watch you rise again and again.

Welcome to that season where you will rise above your haters and opposers. Welcome to that season where your haters are not permitted to rise above you.
