TOPIC: BROKEN PROTOCOLS
“And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace.” (Mark 3:4)
That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.
In our Focal Scripture, Jesus threw a question at the people in the temple. These people already positioned themselves to see if Jesus would heal the lame man on the Sabbath day. It seemed that such miracles should not happen on a Sabbath day; it seemed that there should be no work on the Sabbath day. Jesus knew that it was a Sabbath day, but He waived it and healed the man. Jesus broke protocols for that man.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: in 2022, protocols will be broken for your sake. God will cause new doors to open for you against all odds. God will cause the gates of nations to be opened to you. God will cause the laws that held others back to be waived for your sake. God will cause the favours that were not extended to others to be extended to you. God will cause the testimonies that haven’t come to others to come to you.
There were questions about whether it was lawful for that man to receive his healing on the Sabbath day, and even when there was no answer, Jesus still favoured him with a mega miracle. Hear me as I hear the Lord: the questions against your new season and next level may not yet be answered, but God will cause you to have your miracle nonetheless. Those that are arguing about your rising may still be arguing, but God will come through.
Welcome to your new season where the breaking of protocols will be the order of the day. Welcome to your new season where the things that are not approved for others will be approved for you. Welcome to your new season where the gates of your congratulations will be opened on several fronts, beyond your expectations. Welcome to that season where your portion will come to you earlier than expected.
The protocols that stopped you in time past will not stop you again. The protocols that stopped others ahead of you will not stop you again. Every protocol is broken in your favour.
Psalm 16:6 says: “The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage.”
