TOPIC: PROGRESSIVE NEGATIVITY
“And besought him greatly, saying, My little daughter lieth at the point of death: I pray thee, come and lay thy hands on her, that she may be healed; and she shall live.” (Mark 5:23)
That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.
In our Focal Scripture, Jairus pleaded with Jesus to come and intervene in the matter of his little daughter who was at the point of death. In subsequent verses of that chapter of scriptures, someone came from Jairus’ house to announce that the girl had died. So she moved from the point of death into death itself. She moved from looking like someone who would die, to actually dying. It was a case of negativity that progressed speedily.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every negativity that wants to speedily progress around you, today, I stem the tide and I turn the tables in your favour. Every plot of the enemy to move you from bad to worse, I command it to scatter by fire. Every progressive negativity that has come to stay in your life, I chase it away by the fire of God. Every attack of the enemy that wants to make you progressively less than God destined you to be, fire.
Jairus was still discussing the current bad situation with Jesus when the worst happened. He was still trying to get intervention for the current negativity before it got worse. Hear me as I hear the Lord: every plan of the enemy to make you shed bitter tears again and again, I command it to scatter by fire. Your situation will not get worse; that health challenge will not get worse; that affliction will not get worse.
Today, I decree a reversal of every negativity that has surrounded you in recent times. I command every negativity to be reversed. I command every gate of hell that has been raised against you to be turned back. I command every conspiracy against you to be reversed. I command every hand of the enemy that is stretched against you to be turned back. I command every tide of negativity against you to be reversed immediately.
The days of progressive negativity are over in your life. Nothing will get worse than it is already. Instead of getting worse, it will get better. The signs of negativity will not stand.
2 Corinthians 10:4 says: “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;”
Declare With Me: Every progressive negativity around me, get out by fire, in Jesus’ name!
