Days after his movie Straw made headline and box office hit, Tyler Perry faces $260m lawsuit for an alleged sexual harassment filed by actor Derek Dixon reports the NBC news channel.
Actor and filmmaker Tyler Perry has been sued for $260 million in a lawsuit that also named actor Derek Dixon. The lawsuit accused him of creating “a coercive, sexually exploitive dynamic with Mr. Dixon.”
A lawyer for Perry has called the allegations “fabricated claims.” NBC News’ Steven Romo explains the details of the lawsuit.
Straw is written, produced, and directed by Tyler Perry. It was released on Netflix on June 6.
