
ANA Bayelsa Holds Special Reading Session on August 24
The Association of Nigerian Authors, ANA Bayelsa State Chapter, holds its August reading session with Michael Afenfia’s Leave My Bones in Saskatoon as the book in focus.
In statement signed by Dr. Ernest Weridonghan, chairman of the Association of Nigerian Authors, ANA Bayelsa State Chapter, said Professor Ogaga Okuyade is expected to be the keynote speaker.
Adding that Professor Ogaga will moderate a panel discussion session of eminent Niger Delta scholars which include Prof. Odingowei Kwokwo, Dr. Amatare Mozimo and Mrs. Timinipre Ovuru during the event.
This month reading session is slated for TUC Hall by State Library, Yenagoa, behind Diamond/Access Bank – back of Amarata on
Sunday, 24th August 2025 at 2 pm prompt.
