BANGOF Holds World Peace Day Dialogue in Yenagoa Today
Bayelsa Non-governmental Organizations Forum, BANGOF, a network of civil society groups in Bayelsa State holds a special dialogue session to commemorate this year’s World Peace Day.
This was made known by Taritein Boco, Chairman, BANGOF on social media platform.
The dialogue is titled ‘Building Bridges: Promoting peace through environmental conservation, women empowerment, and youth development’ which is aimed at discovering how empowering women, engaging youth, and protecting our environment can create a harmonious and peaceful world.
The reputable speakers for the dialogue includes Philip Slaboh, Comrade Morris Alagoa and Dr Racheal Misan-Ruppee.
This year’s World Peace Day comes up on Saturday, September 21, 2024 on ZOOM by 4pm.
