Baraza Cooperative, CEO, Miebi Bribena Named Executive Director, Gloria Diri Foundation
Gloria Diri Foundation, the pet project of the wife of Bayelsa state governor, Dr. Mrs. Gloria Diri has named the CEO/MD Baraza Multipurpose Cooperative Society and United Nations Peace Ambassador, Pastor Miebi Bribena as its Executive Director.
Pastor Bribena was unveiled as Executive Director during a courtesy call on him in his office, Yenagoa, on Wednesday.
Members of the Board of Trustees of the foundation led by Mrs Juliet Teibowei commended the efforts of Pastor Bribena at changing the narrative of the state through investment.
She described the CEO as a trailblazer, adding that he has displayed a quality that is only found in other climes.
The Foundation solicited his assistance in some areas to make it meet up with its numerous challenges.
In his acceptance speech, the new Executive Director of the Foundation, Pastor Miebi expressed its commitment to the growth of the Foundation.
He promised to start the foundation laying for the home of the Elderly in the state, as well take up the full responsibility for the architectural design of the entire building.
Pastor Diri who thanked the Foundation for the recognition accorded him assured the body of his unrelenting commitment to the course for which they pursue.
The visiting team were later conducted round the premises of Baraza Complex.
