
Bayelsa Government Commemorates International Day Against Drug Abuse, Illicit Trafficking
The Bayelsa State government through its agency, Bayelsa State Drug Abuse and Rehabilitation Committee in collaboration with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) is commemorating the 2025 International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.
The event holding at the Chief DSP Alamieyeseigha Banquet Hall, Yenagoa has the theme “Breaking The Chains: Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery for all.
Senator Douye Diri, Governor of Bayelsa State is the chief host and other guest are seated for the event.
Professor Wilson Erhun, Chairman, Joint Faculty Board of the West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists is the keynote speaker.
