Engage in Productive Activities, Kiosate Foundation Advises Young Boys
Young boys have been advised to engage themselves in productive activities that would help them to maximize their potentials in order to become great leaders in their families, communities and political offices.
Chief Executive Officer, CEO of the Kiosate Boy Child Foundation, Mrs Stella Duomo gave this advise during a sensitization program for the boy child held in Biogbolo Community, Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital with the theme: Youths for Maximum Impact.
Mrs Duomo who emphasized the need for parents and guardians not to neglect the training and nurturing of the boy child noted that they also need attention, love and care like the girl child.
Speaking on the topic, Maximizing your potentials, Mr Teirimo Biobraye pointed out that everyone has the potential to develop their skills and abilities for maximum impact.
He urged the youths particularly the boys to acquire knowledge either formally or informally to help them develop their potentials.
On her part, Dr Irene Mukeh who spoke on maximizing your relationships for maximum impact appealed to the youths to build meaningful relationships with their parents and peers.
She urged parents to live exemplary lives and build good relationships with their children so that can openly discuss issues affecting them.
Youth Leader of Biogbolo Community, Mr Ben Karibo expressed gratitude to the Kiosate Boy Child Foundation for organizing the program and urged youths in the community to keep away from drugs which can hinder them from achieving their dreams in life.
In a goodwill message, Founder of the Eunice Nnachi Women Advocacy Foundation, ENWAF, Lady Eunice Nnachi thanked all the speakers and prayed that God would bless the foundation to continue their good works.
