Dr. Piriye Kiyaramo, tourism experts and journalists has been appointed as Special Assistant on Blue Economy to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Basin Development Authority (NDBDA), Prince Ebitimi Amgbare.
