
NCDMB Begins Cadetship Training Program on Content Human Capacity Development
Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) begins the Nigerian Content Human Capacity Development (NHCD) Cadetship Training Program in Port Harcourt.
Delivering a keynote remark at the flag-off ceremony of the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe, FNSE, represented by the General Manager, Capacity Building Division, Barr. Esueme Dan Kikile highlighted the critical importance of the initiative in preparing and equipping young Nigerians with the requisite skills to meet global industry standards.
The Nigerian Content Human Capacity Development (NHCD) Cadetship Training Program is organized in collaboration with Chevron and Intels in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Barr. Esueme Dan Kikile commended Chevron Nigeria Limited for its strong partnership in the capacity building drive and recognized OGTAN as a key stakeholder in promoting shared visions, developing standard frameworks, and bridging the gap between training and employability.
He also lauded STOILIC for designing professional training programs for the cadets. He urged the trainees to take the opportunity seriously, reminding them that they represent the Board as ambassadors.
He emphasized that their conduct, attitude, and performance will speak louder than any certificate, encouraging them to let their work ethic set them apart, integrity define them, and curiosity for learning become their hallmark. He noted that their success could create pathways and opportunities for future participants.
