Peters Approves Publication of NOUN Servicom Charter
Vice-Chancellor of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Prof. Olufemi Peters, has gave a green light for the publication of the university’s Service Compact (SERVICOM) Charter.
SERVICOM representative of the Presidency, Mrs. Kikelomo Ania, disclosed this during the second-quarter training on the implementation, review and monitoring of the service charter held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at NOUN headquarters in Abuja.
Ania explained that a charter “is a dynamic document where there are changes that take place, some things are merged and every charter is subject to review. You must implement the policies stated in the charter, so you must look at the implementation and then how to monitor.
