Yusuf John Suberu gets New Appointment as National Co-ordinator, VIO Mayors
Dr Yusuf John Suberu, the Senior Pastor of TROI Church, Abuja has been appointed the new National Coordinator of Vehicle Inspection Officers, VIO Mayors by the National Chairman, Conference on Directorates/Chief of Road Traffic Officers of the Federation, VIO in Abuja.
The appointment of Dr Yusuf John Suberu as the National Co-ordinator, VIO Mayors takes immediate effect.
Speaking to newsmen at the National Secretariat, Dr. Suberu said the appointment comes with an enormous responsibilities to immediately address the issues of vehicle worthiness and safety on Nigerian roads.
The clergyman noted that he received the news with mixed feelings but he is grateful to God that his little contributions to the society didn’t go unnoticed.
Dr. Suberu expressed optimism that during his stay in office, Nigerians will see the better side of VIO in the services they provide to the country.
Dr Yusuf John Suberu is the Chief Executive Officer of Ize & Onize Group of Companies Limited.
VIO Mayors is the voluntary arm of the VIO Directorate that provides support and contribute their quota to the men and women of the vehicle inspectorate unit of government across the nation to ensure Nigerians have safer roads and vehicles.
The membership of the VIO Mayors are conferred on people with high-level integrity and well respected individuals in their respective communities; these individuals have in their heart the interest of road and vehicle safety.
