Bayelsa WOWICAN Set for 4th Convention with Theme The Woman of Good Understanding
The Women Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria, WOWICAN, Bayelsa State chapter is set to hold its 4th Annual Convention.
The convention with the theme: The Woman of Good Understanding invites all women, women groups and associations to be part of this event holding on Friday, 20th June, 2025 at Royal House of Grace International Church, along Sanni Abacha expressway, Onopa, Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital.
The convention has the Deputy Governor, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo as the father of the day and her Excellency, Dr. Gloria Diri as the mother of the day.
The Guest speakers are, Honourable Justice Matilda Ayemieye, Chief Judge of Bayelsa State and Brother Moses Abua from Peace House Ministry.
The Bayelsa State CAN Chairman, Reverend Father Joseph Opelema is the chief host of the event.
WOWICAN Bayelsa State Chairperson, Mrs Grace Iyabi who is the host of the convention announced that there would be free medical services such as blood pressure and blood sugar tests.
