Bishop Abioye Stirs Congregation at Koinonia Global Faith Convention
Abuja, Nigeria – Day Four of the Koinonia Global Faith Convention reached a powerful climax as Bishop David Abioye delivered a stirring teaching on how believers can recognize and manifest the Spirit of Faith. The session, themed “The Mandate”, drew thousands of worshippers on-site and online, marking one of the most impactful moments of the convention so far.
Speaking with conviction, Bishop Abioye outlined three transformative signs that indicate the presence of the Spirit of Faith in a believer’s life. According to him, faith is not merely a confession but a force that reshapes perception, thought patterns, and vocabulary.
“You begin to see things differently,” he emphasized, referencing Hebrews 11:27. He explained that the Spirit of Faith changes a believer’s spiritual sight, giving birth to visions that align with God’s agenda. “When God opens your eyes by faith, you see possibility where others see limitation,” he told the captivated audience.
He went further to stress that the Spirit of Faith also changes the way believers think, calling attention to Hebrews 11:19. According to Bishop Abioye, genuine faith often appears “unreasonable” to the natural mind. “Faith doesn’t follow logic; it follows divine instruction,” he noted, urging Christians to embrace supernatural reasoning.
The third hallmark, he said, is the transformation of speech. Citing Romans 4:17, Bishop Abioye said believers empowered by the Spirit of Faith begin to speak the impossible into existence. “It is a take-over spirit,” he declared. “It empowers you to call the things that be not as though they were. You will say what others fear to say.”
The atmosphere at the convention ground was charged with worship and expectation as attendees responded with shouts, prayers, and declarations of faith. Many testified that the message brought clarity to their spiritual journey and renewed confidence in God’s promises.
The Koinonia Global Faith Convention continues to attract global participation, with viewers joining from across Africa, Europe, and the Americas. Organizers say the goal of the gathering is to equip believers with spiritual tools needed for kingdom advancement.
With two days left in the conference, anticipation continues to build for more teachings, impartation sessions and worship encounters.
Koinonia Global remains committed to spreading the gospel and strengthening believers through sound doctrine and the demonstration of the Spirit.
