
Chief Beteh Celebrates Bayelsa Deputy Governor, Ewhrudjakpo at 60
Chief Barisuka Prince Beteh, President of the Federated Union of Rivers Indigenes in Bayelsa State (FURIBS), otherwise called the Rivers Community, has celebrated Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, as he clocks 60 years.
In a statement released, Chief Barisuka Beteh described Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo as a man of intellectual wit and uncommon wisdom, who has provided invaluable support to the governor and the people of Bayelsa State.
According to him, Senator Ewhrudjakpo, as an in-law to the Rivers people, has made unparalleled contributions to humanity, which serve as a constant reminder of his **commitment to service.
Chief Beteh noted that the Deputy Governor’s lifestyle in public service has been characterised by integrity, humility, and intellectual depth, stating that he is a worthy model for emulation.
The Rivers Community President further described 60 years as a huge milestone and said it is a worthy celebration of Senator Ewhrudjakpo’s character, leadership, and wisdom as an exceptional leader who has greatly impacted Bayelsa State and humanity in general.
He joined other well-meaning Rivers indigenes in Bayelsa to pray for the Deputy Governor, wishing him long life, good health, and prosperity.
