How to Make Family-Size Bread Using a Frying Pan for Breakfast


Report by Dim Oba – Bread is staple food that is healthy for breakfast served with fried egg.  Bread and fried egg can be taken with a cup of tea or coffee.  It is also good for in-between meal. In this post, we shall show you how to make bread, family-size using a frying pan for a early morning breakfast.

This type of bread can be made at home few ingredients and baked without an oven.

Ingredients

  1. 220ml Water
  2. 2 Tablespoon of Sugar
  3. 7gl Fermento Bio (Yeast)
  4. 400g of Wheat Flour
  5. A teaspoon of Salt
  6. 2 Tablespoon of Bean Seed (optional)
  7. 30ml of Oil

Items Needed:

  1. A container to mix the dough
  2. Cloth to cover
  3. A non-sticker frying pan

Procedure

Get 220ml water at room temperature in a container, add 2 tablespoon of sugar, 7gl of Fermento Bio (yeast). Than mix these ingredients every well.

Add the 400g of wheat flour to the mixture above and add a teaspoon of salt. With a mixer, mix properly Mix the dough very well.  At this point, add 2 tablespoon of bean seeds, however, it is optional. You can use your hand at this point to mix the dough.

Mix dough with a 30ml of oil properly until it becomes non-sticker.  A soft dough that does not stick to the hand should be achieved at this point.  Than allow the dough to rest in a bowl covered with a cloth for 15 minutes.

The dough doubles its size, remove from the bowl to a non-stick frying pan and press to for a disc.  Allow it to rest and cover with a cloth for another 30 minutes.

As the dough grows, take it to a low fire (heat) and cover for 15 minutes or until it becomes golden brown colour  Than turn to brown the other side for a few minutes.

Your home-made family-size bread using frying pan is ready for breakfast in the morning.
