Juliet Pulu Bags PhD in Educational Management and Planning

Juliet Pulu Zifawei, Executive Secretary, Bayelsa State Agency for Mass Education, SAME, bags a Doctor of Philosophy, PhD degree in Educational Management and Planning from the prestigious Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt.

She shares her excitement over the academic feat on her social media handle after a successful defense of her doctoral thesis as fans across the globe celebrated with kind words.

Lady Juliet is a one time Senior Special Assistant, SSA to the Governor, Bayelsa State, she holds a master’s degree in same field from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

She is a proficient educational manager and planner with a track record on building and re-structuring academic institution based on core leadership values in school administration and management.

Due to her creative resourcefulness, Lady Juliet has held several positions in politics, society and the church. She is political leader, gender crusader, excellent communicator and humanitarian.

She has won and presented with several awards; Bayelsa Merit Awards – Bayelsa Women of Year 2018, Excellent Women of the Year by BK Global Foundation in 2014, Best Performing SSA on Girl Child Education by PDP National REAP, Award of Excellence from New Partnership for Africa Development (NEPAD), Humanitarian Service Award 2019 by Rotary Club of Yenagoa Sunshine District 9141, Nigeria, Best State Agency of the Year (Girl Child Protection Bureau) and Gender Champion Awards from DO Foundation.

Lady Juliet holds the title of Otolomo Isoun 1 of Famgbe Community as an Award of Appreciation from the Famgbe Youth Assembly in 2019. She is founder of the Juliet Pulu Foundation, JPF.
