1. MARRIAGE IS THE FOUNDATION OF SOCIETY

Marriage is the foundation for everything; strong marriages will lead to strong families, strong families will lead to strong societies, companies, churches, nations. God instituted marriage, therefore marriage is God’s idea. Every problem in our society today is traceable to the family.

2. MARRIAGE IS UNDER ATTACK FROM THE BEGINNING

Today the institution of marriage is severely under attack and all this took off from creation when Satan subtly came after the first man and woman in deception. After the fall of man, the marital crisis became a foundational norm.

3. THE RATE OF DIVORCES IN MARRIAGE ON THE INCREASE

According to research, divorce rate from yester-years and today reads; 1950 – Less than 20% | 1960 – 27% | 1970 – 35-40% | 1980 – 44.4% | 1990 – 44.4% | 2022 – 50%. These shows that the more the civilization, sophistication, exposure, the more the divorce and unending marital crisis and problems, all because people have negated the principles and dictates of God the originator of marriage.

4. MARRIAGES ARE DESTROYED BY UNSEEN EXTERNAL FORCES

Like it was in the garden of Eden, every marriage is destroyed by an unseen external guest as third party (Satan). The enemy speaks to the mind of couples with FACTS & FIGURE TO CONVINCE and sell DECEPTION. No home can be destroyed without deception. Deception is the greatest enemy of marriage, you can never see the one deceiving you because it’s an invisible force.

5. MARRIED COUPLE SHOULD HAVE THE FRUIT OF SPIRIT

For any home to stand, the bible is very clear on what to do. The seed of obeying the word of God is what births the fruit of marital bliss and disobedience to God’s instruction is the reason for marital crisis. You can have the gift of the spirit and still have marital crisis if you lack the fruit of the spirit. You can’t operate on the Love of God in your marriage and have marital crisis.
