On this special day, we, the Federated Union of Rivers Indigenes in Bayelsa State (FURIBS), aka Rivers Community joyfully join the good people of Bayelsa and well-wishers across the nation to celebrate a visionary leader, a beacon of hope, and a true father of prosperity, 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐲𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐢, 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 on his 66th birthday.
