SMM OSCE: Russian occupational forces in Ukraine continue to violate Minsk Agreements
Russian Armed Forces continue to supply its military units located within the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine with the weapons and armaments. This constitutes a crude violation of the Minsk Agreements.
On 30th August 2021 OSCE SMM UAV has spotted seven battle tanks T-72 belonging to Russian occupational forces located in Donetsk region (temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine), near Novoselivka village, less than 15 km from the battle line.
The weapons belong to the 1st Army Corps of the 8th Army of the Southern military district of the Russian Armed Forces. The 8th Army (HQ in Novocherkask) is headed by the Commander – Lieutenant General Sychevoi Andrii Ivanovych.
On 14th September 2021 OSCE SMM UAV has spotted three MLRS 9K51 BM-21 Grad, 122 mm belonging to Russian occupational forces located in Donetsk region (temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine), near Pokrovka village, less than 1 km from the battle line.
It should be noted that MLRS have been camouflaged with metal sides to look like standard trucks. The weapons belong to the 1st Army Corps of the 8th Army of the Southern military district of the Russian Armed Forces.
On 14th September 2021 OSCE SMM UAV has spotted three self-propelled 122 mm howitzers 2S1 Gvozdika belonging to Russian occupational forces at the Russian military base located in Donetsk region (temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine), near Ternove village, less than 25 km from the battle line.
The Russian military base subordinate to the 1st Army Corps of the 8th Army of the Southern military district of the Russian Armed Forces. The 8th Army (HQ in Novocherkask) is headed by the Commander – Lieutenant General Sychevoi Andrii Ivanovych.
On 24th September 2021 OSCE SMM UAV has spotted one towed 152 mm howitzer 2A36 Giatsint-B belonging to Russian occupational forces located in Luhansk region (temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine), near Novyi village, less than 11 km from the battle line.
The weapons belong to the 2nd Army Corps of the 8th Army of the Southern military district of the Russian Armed Forces.
On 14th September 2021 OSCE SMM UAV has spotted a large amount of MLRS 9K51 BM-21 Grad, 122 mm belonging to Russian occupational forces located in Donetsk region (temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine), near Boikivske village, less than 16 km from the battle line.
The weapons belong to the 1st Army Corps of the 8th Army of the Southern military district of the Russian Armed Forces.
