“Now Jericho was straitly shut up because of the children of Israel: none went out, and none came in.” (Joshua 6:1).

Our Focal Scripture reveals that Jericho was shut up because of the children of Israel.

Nobody could go out, and nobody could go in. Jericho was in that state where people had needs that should be met from outside of the city, but what they needed could not come close because the city was shut up. If they had anything to sell outside of the city, they couldn’t sell because the city was shut up. It was a case of closed gates and no movement.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every demonic blockade against your destiny, I command it to go down by fire. Every power of hell that says you will remain in the same place, with no advancement, I command it to scatter by fire. I command every demonic roadblock against you to be removed. I command every satanic stronghold opposing your advancement, to be removed. I command every gate locked against you to be opened.

Notice that Jericho was shut up because of the children of Israel. It was shut up so that people who were meant to possess the city will not be able to possess their possession. Hear me as I hear the Lord: every satanic blockade, erected to stop you from possessing your possession, I command it to scatter by fire. I command both the satanic gates and the gatekeepers to go down by fire. I command every blockade to end immediately.

Hear me as I hear the Lord: your gates will be continually open. You will go out and come in. What you need will come in; what you don’t need will go out. You will not be stuck with the old. You will not be encumbered with what you have outgrown. The helpers you need will come in. The opportunities you need will come in. The platforms you desire will locate you. You will not be covered. You will not be subjected to stagnation.

Welcome to your new season where your gates will be continually open. The days of laboring under a satanic blockade, is over.

Isaiah 60:11 says: “Therefore thy gates shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day nor night; that men may bring unto thee the forces of the Gentiles, and that their kings may be brought.”
