FOCAL SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY:
“And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years.” (John 5: 5)
That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

Our Focal Scripture makes mention of the man at the pool of Bethesda who had been in an infirmity for thirty eight years. When Jesus would eventually meet the man, he spoke about how an Angel had stirred the water in different seasons, only for him to miss out on healing. So opportunities for healing had come, and he missed out. What he ought to benefit from old seasons showed up, but those old seasons did not favour him.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: 2024 will favour you. You will be counted amongst them that got the best of 2024. You will be counted amongst them that were celebrated in 2024. You will be counted amongst them that were congratulated in 2024. You will be counted amongst them that got huge results out of 2024. You will be counted amongst them that 2024 was made for. You will get the best from this New Year.
You may have missed the best of past seasons, but this new season will favour you. You may have gone through past seasons and ended up empty handed; in this new season, God will cause your hands to be fuller than they have ever been. You may have lost opportunities in time past, but in this new season, you will be spoilt for options. You may have seen others make the progress you desired in time past, but it is your season for results.
Every power of hell that says you will watch 2024 pass you by without the results you have earnestly desired, I decree, that power will not prevail. If the Spirit of He who raised Jesus be in you, then no power of darkness will stop you from accessing the best of the New Year that has just begun. What you lost or missed in past seasons, you will not lose or miss in this season. You will not be empty handed as new seasons unfold.
I pray for you: may 2024 be that year that gave you the very best. May 2024 be that year that gave you the mega results that past years did not give you.
Psalm 102: 13 says: “Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.”
Declare With Me: In 2024, El Roi will give me what I missed or lost in the past seasons; 2024 will favour me, in Jesus’ name!
