WATCH TODAY’S 15-MINUTE DAILY WORKOUT SESSION WITH LOW IMPACT WITH MARISCHA ON CHAIR

This 15 minutes chair workout consists of toning exercises that will help you get the blood flowing and can be easily done at work or at your home. It takes only 15 minutes and you will really only need a chair for this workout.

It has a low impact on your tendons and joints and can easily be followed along by elderly/senior people. But of course it is also healthy for anyone to do this as an easy in between workout.
