IYC President, Jonathan Lokpobiri Receives MC Koboko Ahead of Comedy Night Show
Yenagoa, Bayelsa State – The National President of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide, Sir Jonathan Lokpobiri Snr, on Monday received popular Bayelsa comedian and CEO of Koboski Global Entertainment, MC Koboko, at his office in Ijaw House, Yenagoa.
MC Koboko’s visit was to formally invite the IYC President to his upcoming show, “Comedy Night with MC Koboko,” billed for Sunday, November 30, 2025. The event is expected to draw top comedians and entertainers from across the country.
Sir Jonathan Lokpobiri Snr commended the entertainer for his continuous contribution to the growth of arts and entertainment in Bayelsa and the entire Ijaw nation. He assured him of his full support and confirmed his intention to attend the show, describing it as an opportunity to further encourage youth creativity and talent development.
The meeting further underscores the IYC President’s commitment to youth empowerment and his support for initiatives that promote cultural expression and entertainment within and beyond the Ijaw nation.
