Kariyal Daukoru Malicious and Falsehood Publications are that of a Drowning Man
The management of the Azikel Group has been inundated of the unfounded stories peddled by Kariyal Daukoru, a candidate that resigned voluntarily having failed the character vetting test of the Azikel Aviation Training Programme.
This is coming just as his sinister plot to dump the programme on getting to United States of America was uncovered, describing it as the tactics of a drowning man, whose trade in stock is to smear campaign of calumny and blackmails basically to drag others down.
A statement by the Lead Communication Officer, Mr. Austin Ebipade averred that the programme (Azikel Aviation Training Programme) is genuine, not a PR stunt as falsely claimed by Kariyal Daukoru, as it was targeted to empower and build the skills of Bayelsans at no cost, training them to become certified Pilot and Engineers.
The advertisement was clear to applicants, instructional materials were provided, while no dime was levied on applicants. While the benefiting candidates were on a monthly salary while undergoing the mentorship and character assessment at the Azikel Aviation Hanger, the programme is designed in phase.
First Phase is the in-house training and character vetting, the second phase was traveling abroad to commence the piloting and engineering skills.
The programme which commenced with aptitude test exams admitted the two candidates of Kariyal Daukoru and Yabei Amabebe who were deployed to the Azikel Aviation Hangar to be commenced in-house training, mentorship, character assessment and dedication to duty.
Upon the completions of the inhouse training, the candidate will earn a recommendation from there supervisor to progress to for the phase 2 of the programme which involves traveling the United States.
While the candidates were on the mentorship in house training, these candidates where paid monthly allowance. Kariya Doukouro received total of N3,250,000 while during the in house training prior to his resignation from the Programme.
The Aviation training programme was solely funded by Dr Eruani Azibapu CFR and the Azikel Group. The programme was devoid from any expenditure from the candidates in any form.
The said Kariyal Daukoru while undergoing the in-house mentorship at the Aviation Hanger showed several acts of misconducts, disrespect and lack of interest in the programme. His emphasizes was more of wanting to travel to the United States.
Kariya Daukoru was unable to pass the character assessment test and was unable to secure a recommendation from the supervisors to proceed to the next phase of the training.
The recalcitrant, misbehaviour and lack of dedication to the programme from Kariya Dakoru warranted several acts of caution from management to Kariya Dakouo of which Kariya promise to be a better person.
The immediate supervisor of Kariya still not satisfied with the behaviour of Kariya refused to commit themselves to recommendation.
It was the committed desire of the President of Azikel Group, Dr Eruani Azibapu CFR to training Bayelsan Youths, that Dr Eruani unitarily vetoed that Kariya Daukouro proceed to the next phase even though he has not earned the recommendation to proceed.
Upon the veto, management immediately commence the school admission in the Unites States and visa processing of Kariya Daukoru to travel to the United States. Upon near completion of the admission and visa process, information was unravelled how Kariya has perfected plans to elope upon arrival in the United State.
Kariya Dakorou started the sales of his personal belonging and give away of some , telling friends and neighbours that he is on his way to the United States and upon arrival he was never going to return to Nigeria.
This information was careful investigated and found to be true, that Kariya indeed has conclude plans to elope while in the United State.
Upon the return of Dr Eruani Azibapu CFR, the President of Azikel Group to Bayelsa to in person interview Kariya on the sales of his properties and plans to elope while in the United States, Kariya hurriedly resigned from the programme to avoids any interaction or confrontation with Dr Eruani Azbapu, in fear of the sinister plans which has been uncovered.
The situation was such that if management wasn’t vigilant and careful, since its saddled with the responsibility of guarantying the visa to Kariya for his return to Nigeria and as Kairiya has conclude his plans to elope, the reputation of the Azikel Group would have been tarnished with the United States government.
The question begging for answers is, did management ever told Kariyal that it can no longer finance or continue with training Programme, the answer is no; and so why the resignation, why the sales of his personal belonging, while Kriya is been paid monthly, the flight ticket and responsibility for his travels are on the Azikel Group.
It is obvious that Kariyal, who is the offender, who should face the law, is running with a failed script to reap where he did not sow, by craving for sympathy from the public, particularly those who cannot decipher the fact reading between the lines.
Similarity, Kariyal was not forced to quit his claim academic programme, he willingly applied. He has become an unrepentant liar, hence is claim that his name was being substituted for other names on the programme, which is another tissue of lies.
However, just like I said earlier, the sentiment put forward by Kariyal is nothing but that of a drowning man, seeking to drag others down, because since he willingly resigned, he should have moved on with his life, as against feeding the social media platforms with misconceptions and raining all sorts of abuses, and calling the owner of the Azikel Group unprintable names, which is tantamount to defamation, cyberstalking and cyber bullying for which the Nigerian police swooped in, arrest and charged him to Court.
He was granted bail by the court, he was unable to perfect the bail condition and he was remanded in prison custody until such a time he perfected the bail condition and has subsequently been release to face the criminal justice system.
Kariaya Dakouro should make his case in court. Kariya was the first to sue the Azikel Group for Breach of contracts even though he is the one that resigned.
The company overlooked his misbehaviour and excess. Kariya Dakouro who challenged the Azikel Group and Dr Eruani to seek court redress after his malicious and defamation publication is the one seeking public Justice, facts is now laid before the Judicial system for true justice to prevail.
