Kehinde Bankole, Nigerian movie actress emerges 2024 Best Lead Actress at the African Movie Viewers Choice Award, AMVCA held in Lagos.
She plays the lead character in the movie ‘Adire’. The movie centres on a sex-worker-turned-entrepreneur moves to a small town and launches her own lingerie business, only to draw the ire of a preacher’s wife.
The movie stars Kehinde Bankole, Yvone Jegede, Femi Branch and Kelechi. It was released in 2023.
