Dr. Nataliya Grishchuk is a Ukraine trained academic giant and an associate Professor of Mathematics at the Niger Delta University- Bayelsa State, she has made monumental contributions to the world of research and learning and has greatly distinguished herself.
Nataliya has more than 25 years of experience advancing international trade and investment initiatives between Ukraine- Nigeria. She served most recently as Trade Representative and Chief negotiator to numerous Ukraine Universities, Merchants, Business Groups, and Investors with business interests focusing Africa.
She is a woman with a highly innovative mind, a strategic planner, a dynamic tactician, an international business strategist, a diligent worker and an indefatigable achiever and has worked across multiple industries, at a range of life-cycle stages.
Her creativity and spirit of industry make her one of those who hold the promise of launching Nigeria onto higher realms in Education, Agriculture and Energy.
Dr. Nataliya elementary and secondary educational journey began at, Ovruch , Ukraine with distinction thereafter in 1999 she proceeded to National Pedagogical University named after M.P.Dragomanov, Kyiv, Ukraine for her Bachelor Degree in Physics and Mathematics, (with first class honours) and without wasting time, in 2000, She enrolled for her Master Degree (M.SC) Programme in, Physics and Mathematics, and again, graduated with (first class honours).
Her quest for more knowledge in her chosen field of endeavour drove her to Taras Shevchenko National University, Kiev, Ukraine, for a Doctorate of Philosophy, Ph.D in Physics and Mathematics, where she graduated in 2004, with specialization in Applied Mathematics (Physical and Mathematical Sciences (System Analysis and optimum solutions theory).
Hertremendous success in business is due to referrals and recommendations from satisfied clients and friends. In her commitment to excellence, she has an accomplished general business attracting skills that puts her above many. Her insight, knowledge and business expertise has earned her board memberships to numerous companies—Vice President – Southgate University Namibia, Director- at NOVI Agro Limited Nigeria, Director-Business Development at Alpha Power International, Project Advisor at Prairie Acres Nigeria Ltd.
She understands the dynamics of the foreign direct investment sector especially how to interpret and match investors’ needs. Nataliya is a member of the Ukrainian Physical Society, Kiev Mathematicians Society Ukraine and Mathematicians Society of Nigeria, Ukraine –Nigeria thinks tank and a host to mentioned.
In her endeavours, her watchword has been: ‘Nigeria First.’ This disposition is obviously what motivated her foray into health care development in Nigeria and Africa at large, where she has also recorded successes and was recently carefully selected as a member, board of Trustees and Advisor of Africa Value Awards.
It is in recognition of her accomplishments in the field of international trade and bilateral relations between Ukraine and Nigeria that Dr. Nataliya V. (Grishchuk) Olali is deemed worthy of celebration as she turns a year older today August 11th, 2021.
