Aproko Shares ‘Unbelievable’ Experiences During Naija Next Comedy Star Competition
Winner of the first edition of Naija Next Comedy Star, Aproko shares unbelievable experiences he had during the competition. The stand up comedian whose rise to stardom didn’t come as surprise to many said he had a nice time while the competition.
In a new video shared on AY Line Youtube channel titled ‘ Metro Aproko’, the Bayelsa-born comedian talks about his experience and how he got on the competition.
Aproko started his career in Yenagoa before he relocated to Lagos State after winning a competition organized by the father modern day comedy in Nigeria, Ali Baba.
He has performed in several A-List Shows across Nigeria and abroad. His versatility and spontaneous jokes makes him stand out amongst his peers.
One of his selling point is his face. He has used his face to make many laugh while relating it to his background and upbringing in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Comedy in Nigeria has grown in leaps especially with the contribution of the likes of Ali Baba, AY, Gordons, Okey Bakassi, Basketmouth and Klint De Drunk.
