Omoni Oboli Teases New Movie, Thicker Than Water With Daniel Etim Effiong
By Dim Oba, LAGOS – Nollywood actress and filmmaker Omoni Oboli has announced the release of her latest movie, Thicker Than Water, expressing excitement over her reunion on screen with popular actor Daniel Etim Effiong.
Oboli, in a playful social media post, urged her fans and “besties” around the world to look forward to the movie, while humorously reminding herself that she is still an actor.
“The masquerade is coming out tomorrow 😂 Tell all besties all over the world 🎉💃🏻 I have to remind myself once in a while that I’m an actor! 😂,” she wrote.
The actress described Thicker Than Water as a movie that is “so different in the most beautiful way ever,” further heightening anticipation among her followers.
She also recalled her previous collaboration with Effiong, which she described as, in her opinion, one of the best movies they have ever made together.
Oboli encouraged fans to revisit the earlier movie to refresh their memories of her on-screen chemistry with Effiong.
“Oh Daniel and I did a movie before on the channel and in my opinion it’s one of the best movies we’ve ever done! So go refresh your memory of us by watching us in THICKER THAN WATER,” she said.
The actress added a humorous touch to her post by recalling that she and Effiong shared a kiss in the earlier production.
“It’s insanely good and yes we kissed before kissing police comes, make I report myself 😂😍,” she joked.
