Topic | ARISE, SHINE
“And the hand of Midian prevailed against Israel: and because of the Midianites the children of Israel made them the dens which are in the mountains, and caves, and strong holds.” (Judges 6: 2)
That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.
Our Focal Scripture speaks of how the children of Israel made dens for themselves in the mountains, caves and strongholds. They put in efforts, but all those efforts were to the end of keeping them away from the eyes of the Midianites. Their efforts only helped to keep them in hiding. Their efforts only helped to hide them from the spotlight. Their efforts did not lead to manifestation; they only led to hiding and more obscurity.
Friend, you have hidden enough. The days of your hiding are over. Now is your manifestation time. I command the oil of manifestation to come upon you. Your efforts will bring you to limelight. Your efforts will cause the attention of men to turn towards you. Your efforts will cause you to be recognized by your generation. Your efforts will position you on the mountain of relevance and influence.
The children of Israel truly made efforts, but their efforts kept them in obscurity. Hear me as I hear the Lord: you will not make efforts and end in obscurity. You will not raise your game and still remain in hiding. You will not do your best to be in the mountain, and still remain like one that is hidden in the valley. You will not be counted amongst them whose efforts positioned them perpetually at the back instead of the front.
The days of your hiding are over. Chapters of favour are open to you. Chapters of recognition are open to you. Chapters of relevance and influence are open to you. Chapters of divine announcement are open to you. Chapters of impact and importance are open to you. You are moving from the valley to the mountain. You are moving from the caves to the mountain top. You are moving from hiding to manifestation.
Your time has come. The season of your manifestation is now. The glory of the Lord is risen upon you.
Isaiah 60: 1 says: “Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.”
