Tinubu Will Give Nigeria New Name – Pastor Toye Ebijomore
Pastor Toye Ebijomore, Founder and General Overseer of God’s Anointed and Blessed Church International, was among the major prophecies released during the church’s 2026 crossover service held at its headquarters in Akure, Ondo State saying President Tinubu will give Nigeria a new name.
The cleric unveiled the revelations at the end of the church’s annual 40 Days Prayer and Fasting, declaring that God had shown him visions concerning Nigeria and the global community for the new year, with specific messages on governance, security, economy, and national rebirth.
Vision of Abundance Amid Attacks
According to Pastor Ebijomore, his first revelation came during preparations for the fasting programme, when he saw himself on a moving altar-like platform overlooking a community. In the vision, three adjoining lands were revealed: one occupied by criminals hiding in tall grasses, another filled with wild animals in a ploughed forest, and a third consisting of a vast farmland with abundant crops.
He said while many people journeyed from the town to the farmland, not all returned safely, as some were attacked by criminals or wild animals. However, whenever he raised his hands in prayer, dew fell from the sky, delivering those under attack and ensuring safe return.
Interpreting the vision, the cleric prophesied that 2026 would witness great abundance alongside increased satanic attacks, stressing that only those sealed by prayer and faith would be preserved. He also declared a season of healing, deliverance, and divine intervention against untimely death.
Food, Insecurity and Governance
Pastor Ebijomore further revealed that Nigeria would experience improved food availability from the second half of the year, while urging the government to make food and healthcare more affordable. He warned that insecurity would take new forms, including robbery, arson, sponsored violence, and bombings in public places.
He also cautioned the government to be vigilant, alleging plans by certain individuals to sponsor attacks against notable figures, particularly outspoken prophets, in ways that could falsely implicate the government.
Transformation and Economic Paradox
In a second revelation, the cleric said the criminal hideouts and forests seen earlier were transformed into modern estates, symbolising development. He prophesied that although many Nigerians would have access to money and government projects would increase, only a few individuals would successfully complete personal projects due to high costs of living.
New Nigeria and Political Future
Another vision featured an old tree surviving a fierce storm, after which three new trees emerged. Pastor Ebijomore interpreted this as the birth of a “new Nigeria,” stating that although the nation was spiritually born earlier, its naming had been delayed due to internal crises and divisions.
He prophesied that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu would give Nigeria a new name before the end of his tenure, adding that “three presidents will emerge from him.” He likened Tinubu to the biblical King Cyrus, saying God would strengthen his leadership but warned that failure to convene a national prayer could cost him the final phase of Nigeria’s rebirth.
2027 Politics and Ondo State Prophecy
The cleric also foretold the formation of a strong political coalition ahead of the 2027 general elections, which he said would later weaken due to internal misfortunes. He added that the ruling party would retain power in 2027 before a future stronger party emerges.
On Ondo State, Pastor Ebijomore recalled his 2018 prophecy about two spiritual “gates” in Ilaje and Akure, linking the Ilaje gate to the proposed seaport project. He declared that Governor Lucky Ayedatiwa’s hands had been strengthened by God to deliver major projects, with Akure’s gate to be opened later, positioning Ondo as a choice state.
Global Peace Move
Concluding the prophetic release, the cleric predicted a global peace meeting among world leaders within the year and prayed for divine mercy to actualise positive prophecies while reversing negative ones.
Pastor Ebijomore signed off the prophetic declaration as Founder and General Overseer of God’s Anointed and Blessed Church International, Akure, Ondo State.
