Bayelsa High Court Begins E-Affidavit From September 26

Bayelsa High Court Begins E-Affidavit From September 26

The Bayelsa State High has announced to the general public that it has begun the introduction of electronic affidavit filling process at its registry which took effect from Monday 26th September 2022.

Head Media and Information, Mr Julius Nyanayon announced this in a statement informing all those desiring its services saying henceforth payment procedure for affidavit should be done through the online portal.

He explained that the process is designed to weed out touts and maintain integrity and standardization of court affidavits.

“The E-affidavit process is user friendly and timely. Applicants data is secured and easily accessible, it is part of our efforts to produce effective, efficient and timely administration of justice that is accessible to all our litigants”

For further enquires, he adds that people should contact the E-affidavit desk on 0803 636 7377.
