TOPIC: THE ENEMIES ATTACK ON THE HOME

SCRIPTURE: Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 1 Peter 5:8

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The devil is all out to fight marriages and hinder people from experiencing the glorious home.

The success of the home is instrumental to the success of a person’s future.

That is why satan tries to destabilize the home by launching attacks against it. There are lots of satanic attacks and manipulations on the home today because satan is aware of the force a united home possesses. Today, many men and women are rendered almost useless because of tensions and pressures in their homes. That will not be your portion, in Jesus’ Name.

Sometime ago, someone sent me a message where a court in a State of the United States of America ruled, legalizing marriages between two siblings. That is, a brother and a sister with the same parents can marry each other. What an abominable legality!

Today, we see all kinds of what I call “marriage abuse” especially in the Western world – man marrying his fellow man, woman marrying her fellow woman. There is also the multiplicity of marriage breakups or divorces both in the church and in the world today.

Now, with all these things happening, it is clear that the devil is all out to fight marriages and hinder people from experiencing the glorious home.

As a Christian brother or sister, this is why God is counting on you to see that your relationship or marriage works out gloriously for the world to emulate. Beloved, as a child of God, your marriage is meant to set a standard for other marriages. Your marriage is meant to show the world that marriage, as ordained by God, is still possible; that marriage can be enjoyed and not endured; that marriage can be enviable and not pitiable.

Remember this: The devil is all out to fight marriages and hinder people from experiencing the glorious home.

ASSIGNMENTS:

1. Be on the watch out for the attack of the enemy in your home.

2. Refuse to give the devil a chance to have his way in your home.

PRAYER:

Thank You Lord for opening my eyes to Your Word today. I resist every attack of the enemy on my home and destiny, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
