Tonto Dikeh Says I’ll Be The Best Spare Tyre as Deputy Governor

Tonto Dikeh, deputy governorship candidate of the Africa Democratic Congress, ADC in Rivers State has said she will be the best spare tyre as a deputy governor if elected.

She stated this during an interview on a national television.
